Another important achievement for our company: Antichi Uliveti del Prato<\/strong> has been awarded the prestigious Tre Foglie (Three Leaves)<\/strong> by the Gambero Rosso Italian Olive Oil Guide<\/strong>, one of Italy\u2019s leading guides dedicated to extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This recognition is accompanied by a second important result: our Denocciolato<\/strong> has received the Due Foglie Rosse (Two Red Leaves)<\/strong>, a distinction awarded by the Guide to oils that stand out for their quality and distinctive characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These two recognitions make us particularly proud and reward the work with which, for generations, we have been dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and to the enhancement of the Bosana olive variety<\/strong>, an authentic expression of the Sassari area and Sardinia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antichi Uliveti del Prato<\/strong> is produced from carefully selected olives from our own olive groves and represents one of the products through which we express our history and our strong connection with the land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Denocciolato<\/strong>, produced by processing olives after removing the pits, reflects a different approach to olive processing, driven by our ongoing research and our desire to bring out the finest characteristics of the raw material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Receiving the Tre Foglie for Antichi Uliveti del Prato<\/strong> and the Due Foglie Rosse for Denocciolato<\/strong> is an important recognition of the quality of our oils and a further encouragement to continue along our path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
