Our Vegetables
In addition to the olive groves of Bosana, we also dedicate our work to the cultivation of vegetables such as artichokes, asparagus, field beans, wild chard and cherry tomatoes. Our commitment is made with natural methods, respecting the seasonality and the maturation times. From this passion comes the line dedicated to our canned in extra virgin oil denocciolato in Sassari that are well suited also to those who follow the vegetarian and vegan diet. In the production process, freshly harvested vegetables from the field, washed in water and untreated lemon juice, blanched in water and wine vinegar are preserved in the extra virgin olive oil produced on the farm.
